I don't really know what he could say without breaching Regulation FD. "Details" would seem to be material information that all investors would be entitled to hear.
"Immuno-oncology" refers to using using the body’s immune system to fight cancer. That not Lympro or MSPrecise.
So it must mean that the spin-out involves another company - an immuno-oncology-focused diagnostics company. That's the speculation on twitter today.
