Good post. ... Well said and thoughtfully considered



Here's where I stand - - - While I cannot be sure that
the site is committing fraud, I am sure of these things :



(1) Every PhD I have ever known has a PUBLISHED PhD Thesis
. . . unless they wrote the thesis under the aegis of DARPA or CIA

(2) Almost every PhD is a prodigious creator of published work
. . . . after the PhD is granted. ... Not all, of course.

(3) PhD and other high level degrees can be fact-checked online


Points one, two and three above point to the inescapable con-
clusion that Dr. Jack H Ruckman, PhD has a PhD from a paper
mill, or Venezuela, or his great-aunt Edith. .. Nothing can be verified.


So I will file a complaint because the complaint is real and quite
well fact-checked. ... Whether it rises to the level where the
S.E.C. can take action, well, clearly, that is not my decision to
make. ... I can only decide to fill out the forms.
