$PSGR....Until2017, the issue of credentials MAY not be an actionable issue. One may buy a degree on the internet that is not recognized by any US educational institution BUT may be recognized in some backwater country. You would be caught in the TOE-MAY-TOE/TOE-MA-TOE conundrum of legal minutiae. As for his association withthe various companies, he may very well have contributed to them as a consultant and/or employee.... As far as I can understand NOWHERE in the resume does it state his work was accomplished as a PhD... ONLY that he did something at sometime that provided a result (good or bad). Sorta like the inventor of a highly technical widget that only the best and brightest scientists can understand... and the inventor is 16 years old and a sophomore in high school. Ruckman may very well have done everything that is claimed...the apellation could have come much later in his life OR could be an honorary degree that permits the DR/PhD usage without a qualifier. Still researching at my end.
