$PSGR... From the Pershing Resources Company, Inc. :1) April 2, 2015... 12 sets of surface samples yielded an average of 0.374 ounces of gold per ton 2) October 27, 2015...the last entry on the Pershing Resources website that contained company information (Quarterly Reports).
From the FAQ Pershing Resources list... The company was incorporated and became a Public Company in 1996.
Pershing Resources (through its current name and previous names) has been in existence for TWENTY (20) YEARS. During these years, to the best of my knowledge, Pershing Resources has NEVER turned a profit, NEVER paid a dividend, and NEVER kept the investor current and informed with respect to operations and company status. In the TWENTY YEAR period, the company has had, at least, five corporate name changes and several legal actions (for a variety of reasons) taken against either the company or company personnel.
The current iteration, Pershing Resources Company, Inc., had made statements that it would keep the investor up-to-date on company events. As illustrated in the above dates, it has not.
The Corporate Directorship had asked for patience from the investor while samples/assays/equipment/personnel/testing were put in place. This request for patience from the investor has become a recurring theme from the CEO/President/Directors of the corporation FOR TWENTY YEARS. The investor waits patiently... NOTHING is ever finalized by the company..there always remains another test, another needed piece of equipment, another sample, another personnel addition, another stall tactic. Last year (2015) the company became even more inventive... it added the acquisition of a small mining equipment/mining company out of Kingman, AZ, complete with two mining claims in Arizona. While the Press Release was worded to present a significant addition to the corporation, reality appears to be a 1 or 2 man operation that consisted of a very small portable mill and a truck... the two mines are questionable for return on investment. The purchase APPEARS to have been completed with a PSGR 'stock swap'. For TWENTY YEARS Pershing Resources and its former names has provided ZERO return on investment to its investors. For TWENTY YEARS the company has projected an image of profitability being just around the corner. FOR TWENTY YEARS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED THAT PROVIDED INVESTORS WITH A RETURN ON THEIR INVESTMENT.
Within the past year, Pershing Resources had announced testing of equipment, CERTIFIED assays of ores... Basically a new direction that offered encouragement to investors. Reality appears to be that the company has not changed and will continue to raise false flags. I would really like to be proven wrong but AFTER TWENTY YEARS OF BS, my patience has run out and, to me, the credibility of Pershing Resources is in the toilet.
