Your understanding differs from mine. I was under the impression that a deal could be worked out in the 4th quarter of 2015 and finalized/announced early in the 1st quarter of 2016. I don't think that has changed based on recent comments from GC. He has pointed to JPM all along as a potential time to announce such a deal.
