"We need either an asset sale of significance, a JV with upfront money."

My question is, if those things were ever going to happen, why after 3 years have they never happened. All these great assets and not one mention of interest in JV. Well, of course, the NDA's might explain that. Oh wait, remember when we were all manipulating the term "partnership" and what it "actually" meant? I read Gerald twitter posts now with "Gerald glasses" on. They have entirely different "content" than they did in the past.

I am really beginning to believe the MANF story was also bogus. What evidence do we have that any clinical testing has been done beyond what we saw 3 years ago on those nice charts they presented and Rubenfeld gushed over? "Revolutionary Medicine", best thing Rubenfeld has ever seen, etc" and no one wanted to partner with us? All of the orphan drug designations and not one BP taking notice? How long has RP been designated as an orphan? Aren't BP's looking for companies that have orphans to partner with? Everything about AMBS at this point has me very suspect that we have been "snookered". The share price and no partnerships or JV's and the lack of communication from management all make me suspect.

Again, sorry if i might be scaring off future investors, but my need for self preservation (my money) does not trump me caring for other humans. If this happens to turn itself around (retail investors don't control crap), then they will be able to read the "history" of AMBS and be really glad they didn't buy three years ago and that they just found the investment in the present. Good for them!
