It my investment lifetime; I have never seen a CEO make so many poor decisions, lack any reasonable credibility (and execute this badly). I have made many recommendations that Gerald take the Chairmans role solely; and he needs to allow a more experienced and tenured CEO (President) take control of the reigns (as the Chairman; Gerald can still deeply entrenched as helping run the family business).....however, he wont be making the day to day decisions on running the business (as an empowered CEO should and has to be trusted to execute properly). Just my two cents......
