Re: MoneyTree #21063
I think you summed up the current situation nicely in relations to long term shareholders. We took a chance and are on the short end of the stick just as Gerrald and Co took a gamble on NASDAQ listing and is also paying the price. It is ironic though that the pursuit of NASDAQ which was supposed to deliver us from the unruly OTC has become the cause of all this carnage.

I don't think this company is a scam; I don't think we have been lied to about the risks because it is all in the SEC filings openly for anyone to read.

As meager as our initial investment is at the moment, we have to do the prudent thing to protect from total BK by voting to authorize for the increase in AS. Being emotional about this decision is admitting that we invested in this security out of emotion and not rational investing decision, which would be doubly stupid.

Going forward, I will only put money into this company once all the toxic shares are gone and see some concrete evidence that they have a plan to right the ship. Remember they got into the series H and the 12% secured debt to repurchase the series G convertible shares they assumed were causing the share price decline.
