Welcome back. Didn't know you were in the neighborhood, Sorry you can't stay long. Could you post some links that back up what you claim? I notice you never posts links anymore. Not sure why. Just make claims of the past. Don't recall GC saying anything of the such.
If fact, for Parkinson's he was really clear of the steps which they've recently achieved. Note, he didn't say it was guaranteed to be successful, but if it was, they could move forward. That's the whole idea of R&D. If it was a sure bet, they wouldn't need it. Good news ,and who doesn't like good news, is it was successful.
