My personal opinion is that there are several "declared" longs that may get exposed. I do belive the other board hasn't changed since the founder went to jail, it's still a dump and pump website. there are good stocks that get caught up in it(and good people). I think that they're are moderators that area also admins that manipulate the boards over there, in a law suit they could end up being exposed also. so that would be a good reason for them to hold a strong stance against legal action. Besides several have claimed on that board or other boards that they don't own any shares or have sold thier shares.... pretty clear a lawsuit would not help and more likely expose them!
