Looks to me like a full court press is being made to discourage litigation against Mako/SA/Rosen on the other board. Why would a lawsuit against those creeps discourage new investors? Actually were I considering investing it would have just the opposite effect on me as I would say here's a company that will not allow BS to be spread about it tarnishing its reputation. My kind of company.
