I would certainly hope they would not leave SHs in the dark. Especially after they initiated a 150/1 RS justified on the premise they needed to reach a national exchange ASAP in order to capitalize on Elto trial. However, they did not give us pertinent info as to the status of the second orphan either. I would assume that orphan was indeed denied.
