The dividend declared by NTEK was NTGL shares based on a certain formula. The higher the price of NTGL the higher the cost for shorts of NTEK. Am I correct in this?
With G2E and audits this month, potential uplist after audit, potential huge contracts or buyout, the imminent distribution of shares of NTGL to those NTEK investors of Feb 6, and I could see where those shorts could be paying out quite a bit.
