Strat, it's been a while since I've had to explain this and I'm going off of memory at this point, but I'll give it a shot. NTEK originally set aside 15 million shares from the HVEL acquisition to be dispersed to NTEK shareholders. After the 10-1 forward split, that brings that share count to 150 million. If you divide 150 million HVEL shares by the amount of outstanding shares of NTEK on February 6, which I believe was around 724 million, that comes to about 20.7%. So if you multiply the amount of shares of NTEK that you owned on February 6 by 20.7%, you should come up with the NTGL shares you should receive. Please keep in mind that I'm not an accountant and I could be very wrong.
