Oh yea very nice pay day for NTGL SH.
Why is NTGL SP rocketing up and NTEK stagnant? Several reasons
(1) NTGL A/S only 450M
(2) Upcoming audit officially announced and uplisting
(3) Numerous patents
(4) Imminent buyout and rumors Gaming labs is being shopped for buyout. Many companies are interested
Most important reason by far is the buyout speculation. Naked shorts and MM's will succumb and be squashed when the buyout happens. There can be no games played then with SP and there is now with NTEK SP
Presently NTEK SP is controlled by the MM puppet masters and their naked short buddies. When will NTEK mgt finally come to the realization they have no way out of this SP quagmire unless a big time investor of the magnitude of and Ichan or M. Cuban steps in or buyout happens? They are not stupid and realize this is their only recourse but perhaps would like to get the SP up a bit and revenues on a better upswing before they pull the trigger.
All is good (as a matter of fact FANTASTIC) since we do already have at least 3 confirmed offers ! SH can only hope MGT accepts one of the buyout offers. and I believe they will if it came to that or another round of A/S increase. This will be especially true when they witness the NTGL SP explosion that is about to happen and will want the same for NTEK.
