PSGR...to Until2017....I agree with your post. Long term share holders have a vested interest in NOT diluting the the shares (ultimate value). With respect to the mine 'start' this year, I am uncertain if this can be defined as a 'move on' (personnel & equipment on-site PREPARING the site for production) OR actual production. The window to commence production will marginally close around November (winter weather conditions, snow freezing temps, access) if that part of Nevada has its typical winter. Either way, the direction is positive....progress is being made. I wouldlike to think that full bore production will occur by the Spring of 2016. This will make many people happy. PATIENCE (dammit).
