The 'PENDING' designation by Pershing Resources lends credibility to the on-going development of the mine site(s). In order to receive approval for the C 43 101, Pershing MUST submit information by a QUALITIED scientist or engineer thst there are, indeed, mineral deposits (gold, silver, etc as located ON-SITE and assayed) of substance and that the mine is 'workable'.
