I spoke with IR a few months ago, and the person with whom I spoke re-iterated that there are large - - long-term - - shareholders who are in this for the long game.
And who are committed to bringing this into production this year.
Reading between the lines ( during our brief conversation ) I inferred that none of the large long-term shareholders were interested in massive dilution. ....... Perhaps not interested in much if any dilution . . . . . . . Remember, we still do not know the financing details of the recent acquisition:

My inference is that this is a SOLID OPPORTUNITY, being driven by insiders and large shareholders who are relentlessly moving forward to the goal they have set for The Company. ....... A goal they have pursued for many years .
I am completely certain of this.
