What's your take on the financials? Specially regarding the notes payable and the ~108M shares issued to RCG. For the latter, I went back 1.5 years in the financials and I was able to add the 108M into the OS without surpassing the AS; however, I have some doubts about some convertible notes. I don't know if you ran into the same issue, but it seems inevitable that we'll be going through an AS increase in the next few months; I'd prefer that over a RS.
