I knew that was going to be a mess from the beginning. They have yet to do a successful deployment to the public on time and actually working correctly. It's a pattern. I used to try and give them a mulligan with some of these issues because I'm in tech and I understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond one's control (the SHM tech problems are a good example), but when they repeatedly fail to deliver technology as a technology company, and have constant technical issues...jebus, do they have anyone on that team that understands you have to test the living hell out of something prior to deployment? It's not that freaking hard to figure out. Test. Test. Test. FFS. It's sad because crap like this constantly happening just makes them look like amateurs.
