I forgot to mention about the new 5M shares they c

I forgot to mention about the new 5M shares they created on 3/9/15; I believe they are preferred shares, but we don't have the details as to how they will be used and who are the recipients of such shares. They were not shown on the filings for March 31, 2015 either.
