Who cares...If Jones bought 25 million shares and filed a form 4 the PPS would be .02 plus in a weeks time and not one person would give a rats ass about any patent rejection...lets put thinks into its proper perspective...there are a multitude of changes that GRCU and Jones can make to make the patent info an non event...imo
