BREA, Calif. — Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN) (“Mullen” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of electric vehicles (“EVs”), has announced the sale of the Mullen THREE, a Class 3 EV box truck equipped with a liftgate, to Princeton University’s facilities operations unit. This important order is designed to improve operations and support the university's sustainability goals, which include achieving zero emissions for on-campus service vehicles. The acquisition will be carried out through Mullen’s established EV dealer partner, Pritchard EV.
Princeton University’s facilities operations team oversees a fleet of more than 350 vehicles, which includes owned and leased cars, vans, trucks, golf carts, and construction vehicles, all used to transport people and goods around the campus. Recently, the university added a new fleet of 17 electric buses along with charging stations, as part of a broader strategy to reach net-zero carbon emissions by its 300th anniversary.
This commitment to sustainability has influenced Princeton's decision to choose the Mullen THREE, thanks to its zero-emission capabilities and adaptability to various operational requirements.

Its innovative chassis design accommodates various vocational upfits, making it suitable for delivery, construction, landscaping, catering, and more. Recently, the Mullen THREE has qualified for significant financial incentives, including notable rebates available through programs in Massachusetts and California.
Mullen’s commercial EV lineup also includes the Mullen ONE, a Class 1 EV cargo van. Both the Mullen ONE and THREE meet U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and have received certifications from the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board (“CARB”), ensuring compliance with strict clean air emissions regulations.
