About the patents! I think I read in that well written Odessa post GRCU was required to mention them in the PR due to "patent law". I haven't verified if there is such a law but will assume there is. Though if there isn't a law and they listed denied or unapproved patents in a PR to enhance Dr. Jones background then I feel it was a mistake to mention them. It's just more information for the bashers to tear apart and create fodder and that has already taken place.
I guess "Patent Pending" is open to a few interpretations. I will invite Odessa over here.
