Marani Brands CEO Margrit Eyraud announces completion of Joint Venture Agreement for Brazil
TUSTIN, CA January 31, 2015 – Marani Brands (OTC Pink: MRIB) is proud to announce that the Company has completed a joint venture agreement with, it’s Brazilian distributor and has established a Subsidiary in Curitiba Brazil. The existing agreement is assigned to the joint venture with its terms and conditions. The company will work closely and relay on our SA Domestic partners to launch and distribute Marani in Brazil and South American markets.
Shipments to Brazil will commence soon under Marani Spirit Brands SA. Our new partnership will allow for the growth of our brand and expanded distribution, with full advertising and marketing support in an expedient and professional manner. We look forward to the future with our partners in launching Marani in Brazil in coming "days."
