You may be right on GC holding off on an immediate Lympro partnership. According to a PDF posted on the company's website yesterday, AMBS is projecting a Q2 spinoff. However, if someone makes a $1B+ offer in the near future, I hope he takes it! IMO, no need to hold out for more at that level. Cash is king!
