Kind of, when I was allowing my brokerage to reinvest I never received cash just a receipt that every penny was invested with a small fee. I mean fractions of a share when it came down to a few dollars left over but I still received a 1099 at the end of the year, I'm an American and don't mind paying my fair share but if I have to pay a million how much am I making? I'm also of the opinion that what we will get out of this deal is shares not cash which will cause us no tax issue, at least until we sell...
