"Why did Richard Heddle via Heddle Marine just recently feel comfortable enough with PTO to loan them another million dollars?"

- Golfgod

I would say that's because Mr. Heddle believes that Mr. Bordynuik's catalyst/process can turn scrap plastic into something of a higher value. Mr. Rauber and Mr. Bogolin were uninformed as well. Mr. Rauber was convinced "cash flow positive" was at hand. How were all of these former CEO's so misinformed??

Of course in Nov '13, Mr. Heddle promised transparency and quarterly updates going forward...and when the plant immediately was taken out of commission after his promise by the weather in Dec '13, Mr. Heddle stayed silent. Mr. Heddle appears dishonest and even after his failure, he never addressed his silence.

Likewise early this year while the entire plant was broken as we found out later, you, Golfgod, stated you were in regular contact with the company. I'm still confused how through your regular communication with the company, how you never were told or even suspected that the plant was down. The plant being unable to produce anything seems like it would affect every single topic you could possibly talk about. Unfortunately every time I ask you whom you talked to or what you talked about with your regular communication, you fall silent.

Can you answer to whom you talked regularly at the company and what you talked about, such that the topic of the plant being broken and useless never came up? It's hard for me to understand how such a huge failure of information transfer could occur despite regular communication.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
