buyout is an option i won't rule out
zero doubts *flagship* version of P2O's prox have buyers*
next 8k may well be the issue of that $495k PO (commitment) noted via mgmt
in fins filed in 2014
the key for first Q in 2015 .. will be if RH seats an indy BoD .. or not within weeks
first prox sale/s 8k'd
RH doesn't need to seat a BoD if *intent* is for P2O to be acquired
this *round* is for all the marbles .. it's no secret OTC stox like PTOI can be
manipulated
