The only thing 'pie in the sky' is the ridiculous

The stock is currently valued at 7 cents.
The company has never made money.
And by Heddle and Heddle Marine Inc's own loans is only valued in the 4 million dollar range for assets.
Anybody with an Mechanical and/or Fuel Additive Chemistry degree can build the exact same machine and it won't cost 65 million dollars to do it.
More like a million or two at most. And that is being incredibly generous.
And just for the sake of argument that can even be taken out to an even further, but highly unlikely number.
Let's say it takes 10 million to replicate the machines ( remember, the patent determination concluded there is nothing unique or original to the design) it is still a 'no brainer' business decision even if that is ignored.
400-500 million to 'buyout', or 2-10 million to build your own.
Nobody is buying out this operation for over a nickel a share if it ever happens. And with that number the buyout price is about 6 million which is 2x more than just building the same machine yourself with highly educated engineers.
