So by blaming Gerald for the changes in direction or the continued dilution by a pre-revenue company in lieu of taking the first lowball partnership offer that comes their way (so we could partner EARLY)... you're saying that Gerald acted alone, without the advice or support of his board and advisors? You can blame Gerald all you want, but this company isn't being run by one man. And where is John in all of these decisions? Letting his boy run the company into the ground? I think not. I think they know exactly what they're doing, even if you can't see the direction they're going.

So which is it, JP? You can't have it both ways. Either Gerald is running the company and making decisions in isolation and the rest are clueless, or they're a team and making decisions with the goal of maximizing long-term shareholder value. That used to be the way companies were run, before every idiot with a computer could call themselves an "investor". In reality, most investors today are short-term speculators who flip out when they don't see instant gratification with their investments... instant here being defined as anything less that 5 years, which has traditionally been the definition of long-term investment in equities. I guess you're not one of those. I am.
