Warp, you no doubt have to consider the magnitude of paper thats out - bottom line - if they take the money - the corresponding shares count rises.
It may be defered in some circumstances for a few months - but those shares have to hit the street sometime
I have in no way shape or form indicated that the BOA or BOD mislead the public investment - so kindly move on from this - my beef has been and continues to be with Boy Gerald, irrespective if the company has changed direction countless times, it continues to print shares at break neck speed while Gerry talks a good talk of just how important shareholder value is - and how great the financial engineering will be
somebody has to pay the price for all these shares - and guess what - when the RS hits the little mom & pop investor, it won't be Gerald that takes the hit
by the way, have you seen DRIO lately - post RS???
