What was he going to do with the output from 1&2? His view of what is value added is narrow as well. He has also so there is no processing in other statements he has made...it is just like growing tomatoes, we grow them, we harvest them, there is no processing and HC does not allow processing. But the value added also includes packaging so he has obviously changed his tune.
