Bill mentioned applying for rezoning so they could build out building 3, 4, 5, and 6 in the future. Are you surprised he didn't PR it? With all the buzz that there was an issue with zoning, and lets be honest, when people hear "zoning issue" they hear "zoning is a problem for getting a license" which was never the case, which is why I always interpreted Bill's "zoning is not an issue" as "it's not an issue for licensure" which is all anybody really cares about.
