It was the towns building superintendent who was quoted as saying the buildings were empty, non-operational. I stated up front I had no idea if it was completed or worked on inside. Judging by the comments in September 23 from council members, nothing had been done and as it was mentioned, CEN would have to apply to the town for permission to complete the insides.
As far as I know HC has not issued a license to the company so who knows. I don't, you don't. Anyone's guess at this time
