Carlos Orellana speaks out now but why now? Recently, there have been a number of posts written by a man named Carlos Orellana. In each of these posts left on various websites Mr. Orellana goes into an all out attack against Ubiquity, but mostly executives. The allegations he makes are reeking with the smell of personal vendetta. But Why? What is he not telling us? Research tells me a much different story. It seems that Carlos and his partners Ivano Stamegna, Ronny Lopez, Jenny Giraldo, and the others are highly motivated to make these allegations. According to two separate lawsuits filed by Ubiquity in Orange County Superior Court these people are facing serious allegations of Racketeering under the corrupt organizations act, conversion, fraudulent transfers, fraud, breach of contract, among a growing list of other allegations. Mr. Orellana filed a case of his however instead of bringing his case to court he is actually pursuing a smear campaign against Ubiquity and its executives. He claims he is doing it for the shareholders but apparently this is him simply trying to threaten the company to meet his demands. After departing Ubiquity Carlos Orellana and his associates started two different companies one after another listing ubiquity's products and patents on their website as if they were his own. This is a pattern that I have found for this group of individuals. According to the Secretary of State of California, Nevada, Arizona, Deleware, and and many others Carlos Orellana, Ivano Stamegno, Ronny Lopez, and Jenny Giraldo have filed dozen's of corporations with different tax identification numbers. And if you think this could be a mistake and not them, they are either listed as an officer of the company or registered agent of one another. What are all these companies for? Then if we dig deeper there is the issues of their individual backgrounds. If you check the records, Mr Orellana has been on probation, has an Orange County Court Lien for being a deadbeat dad and not paying his child support and was arrested for domestic violence. Mr. Stamegna pled no contest in 2011 in the State of Tennessee for possessing over 300 grams of cocaine, which ultimately led him to serving 8 years in a federal prison. Just a group of unsavory characters that Ubiquity unfortunately had the pleasure of getting involved with. It appears that Mr. Orellana's smear campaign against the company and its executives isn't what it seems. This is more like a attempt by a person who is trying to burn down the house to cover up their own wrong doings. As for the readers don't be duped into believing that he has any good intentions or is fighting for anyone but his own motives.
