My name is Carlos Orellana. I am not using and alias or some other username. I am using my real name because I have nothing to hide. My mission is to state the facts and the truth that I witnessed while I was Vice President of Product Development at Ubiquity Corporation. I am working on a documentary about the Company and its executives. I shall have it finished by next week and will post it here to a live link and in many other blogs for the public to be aware of how terrible the people managing the company are (Jordan-Carmichaels, Brenden Garrison and Maxell Gan). I will state everything that I saw, witnessed and observed while working for this company. Why do I do this until now? I recently got a heart attack and have been dealing with so much stress from having Ubiquity putting so much legal strain and pressure on me to stay quite. However, after my heart attack, I see things in a whole different perspective. The truth must be told and I will not be bullied any more by these terrible, bad bad people. I am ashamed of having gotten involved with these kind of people. Investors must know, shareholders must know the truth and so should everyone that is thinking in getting involved with anyone at Ubiquity. You see, my team and I developed and built 6 different great technology products over the course of 6 years. This company bought all of our technologies, our hard work with false promises and lies told by Chris Carmichael, Brenden Garrison and Connie Jordan. We did not know at the time what we were getting in to. Chris, Connie and Brenden are very good at lying and convincing others that the Company is doing great and that they had deals in place with Google, Cisco and Samsung, however that they could not disclose such deals publicly due to confidentiality agreements, etc etc. We sold all of our assets to them with the promise that they would be launching our products to the public. It's been over a year and they have failed to launch One. When they acquired my team and myself to be their technology team we realized a few months later that their game was never to launch a product, but rather they used us and our products to do many presentations to various people that eventually invested millions of dollars in to the company. When it was time to launch the first product called GiftSender, Chris Carmichael and Brenden told me that they had run out of money and did not have the funds to launch the product until after the Holidays. That they needed to raise more money. They also asked me to reach out to my investors or people of trust that I knew to see if they would like to invest in the Company and that they would give me a commission. Of course I did not do so. A couple of days later I resigned and so did my entire team. During the months we were there, I observed how they burned through so much money taking trips to Hawaii and reserving expensive luxury vacation homes. They all have company-lease BMW's. They would buy expensive furniture, paintings, and even built a huge state of the art theatre which was only used for their kids and others to watch football. It was really disappointing and disgusting. I have all the evidence that points out how they have misused the company funds to the point that their CFO Brenden Garrison just purchase a home worth over $1 million dollars. The Company generates very little revenue, they launch no products, they generate no productivity and yet he can use company funds to purchase a $1 million dollar home. Not to mention the other things they use the money for. I can not write the entire truth and the facts of everything that these people have done. Therefore I have decided to do a video documentary of everything that has occurred in the past year and a half with Ubiquity and its bad people that run it. Now they are using Investors hard earn money to bury me in litigation. They have served law suit after law suit trying to intimidate me and hoping that I settle by keeping quiet and allowing them to stay with all of our products and receive nothing in return. I will stand up and will continue to do so despite my health issues. They will not get away with it! They have forgotten and failed to tell the public that I filed a law suit against Ubiquity first. That's what they do, they only say what it is convenient for them to say. A lot more to be said and seen in the video documentary next week.
