Unlike you I write with my real name. I don't hide behind usernames. I really don't care what you think because you must be an executive of the company. But for those that read this blog let me clarify certain things. Yes we did file a lawsuit against Ubiquity. Yes they did counter-sued with two law suits stating everything they could possibly make up. Of course we are letting the court system take its course. As a matter of fact there's a trial date on our case against Ubiquity set for next year. This is where the truth shall prevail. Yes we did have several corporations because each of our products belonged to a different group of investors and markets. That is very typical when we are building out 7 different products. It's something that Ubiquity should of done to be successful. They should of created various subsidiaries where each product has its own management team, marketing team, development team, funds, etc. just focused on a particular product. Rather than trying to do very little of a lot. They were trying to focus on patent filing, technology, filming movies, writing scripts, renting green studios, renting film equipment, financing sports events, etc etc.
Yes when I was much younger at 20 years of age I did a big mistake which I have paid for dearly. I got in an argument with my ex-wife. We got divorced and I was in probation, I took classes and paid my fees and now I have put that behind me and my ex-wife have become great friends and we are loving parents to our beautiful children. It's something that occurred 14 years ago and does not affect my professional career, or integrity or my values. If anything I've learned from my mistake and became a much better man.
As far as the allegation against Mr. Stamegna. How can he possibly have been convicted in 2011 and served 8 years in federal prison, when in fact he's been a business man since 1996. He has been at Ubiquity offices numerous times to meet with Chris, Brenden and Connie since June of 2013. That's mathematically and physically impossible to be in prison and trying to advise Ubiquity to do the right thing since he saw how the company was run. There are numerous of emails from Connie, Chris and Connie(all executives of the company) sent back and forth to Mr. Ivano Stamegna since last year. Mr. Stamegna is sound business man and a trusted member of his community. He has also aided the FBI in putting bad business men in prison or in pressing charges so that the public does not continue to get hurt by such men.
See below a letter of gratitude from the Federal Agent that Ivano assisted to put behind bars to protect the public:
