I have to disagree, they are adults, and elected officials at that, there is a level of responsibility and expectations on brain power, you ask, present and they approve. Not our jobs to walk them through it like a baby. They knew, and it being election time, they all wanted to halt this until after elections. Absolutely every judge would say that, Judges look at black and white. I seen Judge Judy!!
