NYC, the town did know the use of the building. November 2013 council minutes it was said the Cenbio had the correct zoning. SO yes to your point of course the town knew. This is all very strange. I do believe CENBIO could have worked better with the city and took some things for granted. AS far as HC, yes they can still issue us a license and it does hold some weight but the zoning issue still needs to be resolved. There will be legal action one way or another.
They made it clear last night that the night was not about Cenbio and that companies would have to go before council to present their case.
A lot of different things could happen from here. Time will tell. The sad thing is share price is going to take a hit and this is going to drag out which will cause more financial issues for Cenbio
