To recap: the bylaws voted on are for future buildings, has zero effect on the main building? This is what I am getting. Also we are over the extreme stupidity of the town and will eventually probably move to a different town who wants to actually boost their economy?
Main building zoned agricultural, approved by town as such last year. And by Canada laws, it IS agricultural. Other buildings are industrial, or are to be but they have no affect on growing.
Any hold up now is honestly due to Canada waiting until May for the judge to allow licenses to be given again? It sounds like court will be a go as the town will protest until a judge reads in baby words to those back wood idiots, BUILDING 1 IS GRANDFATHERED IN AND YOU IDIOTS ALREADY ZONED IT AGRICULTURAL!!
I think the court summons comes from the town, not FITX, all from an extreme lack of brain power. I am also down to eventually move out of lakeshore, they deserve to be one of those towns you see on TV that become abandoned.
