I believe Lakeshore knew and approved both the building and knew what the building 1 was going to be used for....remember the ground breaking ceremony...I think they screwed up not having public comment before building 1 was approved and completed....so now they are back peddling and having these meeting and new zoning laws for everything going forward...
As someone said in a previous post.... Once HC gives license ...Lakeshore can not legally stop the use of building 1 as approved already... What will impact us is that what we wanted to use the other site will have to be approved under this new zoning stupid decision..
