No matter what spin any person puts on the zoning.....the fact is that you (government) CAN NOT retrofit rules, regulations or profiles of anything to do with residential, dwelling, or commercial things because it causes serious harm to the ones directly involved. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen as well as injury to projected as proven financial income. C'mon people, get a grip, keep it simple. GLTA
