That, my friend, is why it has to be settled in court now. CenB was arguing they are grandfathered in because of the history of farming, to wit., on that property. Be it soy beans, cucumbers or tomatoes. They are growing a plant. It's been that way for ages. Lakeshore said no, we are changing the rules.
Nothing was settled tonight! (IMO). The courts will have to settle it, if BC wishes to fight for us. When the courst decide we will all know what and how much (for a surety) can and can not be grown and built there.
