If they do not, the zoning amendment application process will proceed which means in short, from the time it begins to the time the OMB could approve or deny any decision would be a maximum of 94 days to a minimum of 79 days. This time frame allows for the two week period, a 45-60 day period of study by the town, a mandatory 20 day appeals period and a decision on any decision made by the Ontario Municipal Board.
The answers will become clearer on Tuesday after the vote.
