The zoning for MMJ and Hemp is based off the zoning of the specific site. So, since site 1 is currently zoned agricultural, site 1 will be agricultural.
Had we built on an industrial site, it would have been industrial.
Basically, this amendment clears up the zoning issue (which does exist) in a way that is a massive win for CEN.
