Dark side? (LOL) Sounds like a Fri night Sci-Fi m

After the 2nd auditor resigned I slowly stepped out of my position. After that I didn't pay much attention to this issue and pretty much stopped communicating with the company. Yes, Nielson is extremely frustrating.
I haven't done much with this stock over the last several months. I am, however, a small shareholder currently. That being said, this is what we have to look forward to after the split:
24M A/S
8Mish O/S (note conversions will probably continue and at least double this number IMO...but, the share structure will be extremely small and may results in very volatile moves (either way).
Float will probably pretty much equal 90 percent of the O/S.
The stock will open at least at 025 after the r/s is completed. It takes about 10 business days to complete the paperwork with FINRA and either have it approved or not (I fully expect this to be a smooth process which will result in approval.)
Longs have certainly been given a gut punch with EWSI. But, of all the avenues the company could have pursued to remain a viable business, the r/s is probably the one that actually may allow longs to recover some or all of their capital over a period of time. If they can succeed with their U.S. operations and be good stewards of their capital structure, then they may actually be able to become a viable entity that can trade much higher. Of course, there is the flip side to the equation that says they continue to struggle and the A/S and O/S continue its trend north after the split while they try to figure it out.
JMO Almost everyone who has played penny stocks for many years has a story to tell about a stock that ripped their account and their emotional state apart at the seams. Learn from it and become a better trader if you want to continue to play in the OTC arena.
I do wish everyone the best and I hope everyone has a happy and safe upcoming holiday season....
