One more post for the day here. I contacted OTCMARKETS to ask what the status of a company would be if they had no bid. The answer is the company would retain Current Pink status as long as their filings were current. I do believe EWSI will continue to remain current on the financial filings moving forward. And, if they can maintain a closing bid price of 01 or higher they get re-listed on the QB tier.
