I think those concerns are unwarranted, as the BOD would also have to sign off on it. Their share count would be negatively impacted as well. Several of the BOD have modest numbers of shares compared to GC and JC. And it would be completely unethical under those conditions now that GC's bonus payout is attached to it. The company is viewed by some as having made some mistakes in execution, but they haven't demonstrated unethical behavior.
I don't see a RS/uplist happening until conditions are right.
