Rac, consider this:
Gerald has, what ..2 months basically, to get this company on the NAS.
ONLY 2 MONTHS! Why, he'll throw "us" into the Spartan pit, and have a 1:300 reverse split! (ya like that "300" reference?)
IF he wants his $34,000.00 - odd BONUS! (which would drop his 7 mil share count to 23 THOUSAND- smart move)
Because, if he doesn't get this uplisted by midnight on Dec. 31...
That bonus metric will PROBABLY ROLL OVER INTO 2015.(the following day)
SO..he will probably have the rest of the year to make good on that bonus metric. And if he doesn't do it in 2015, the board would probably re-issue it in 2016.
I don't think 2014 is a "Do-or Die" for any of the bonus metrics..if the goal is still relevant, they would typically roll over into the next period.
